Clinique - Moisture Surge extra Thirsty Skin Relief ( $31 for 1.7 ounces ) is a very good, silicone-based moisturizer that contains a nice complement of antioxidants and water-binding agents. It would work well for normal to slightly dry skin..

There are no moisturizing ingredients anywhere in the world that can change the nature of skin or make skin remember anything! Aside from the hype, this is an exceptional moisturizer for someone with normal to dry skin, with excellent water-binding agents and antioxidants.
